YUP goitergenic sounds good, I do already eat a lot of broccoli but I guess I will step up the efforts.

Isn't it great to have this forum? I love it! And rarely the advice is GO TO YOUR DOCTOR.

I think sometimes it just feels good to converse with others who have a supporting nature and aren't freaked out about iodine.

I mean, if I mention a sore throat from Iodine to anybody else I know, they would of course be useless and tell me YOU CAN TAKE TOO MUCH Iodine blah blah blah etc etc etc

Maybe it is good for all of us to do the salt, C and extra selenium with some good ol goitergens once in awhile and take an Iodine break.

Maybe without the goitergens for some individuals but I can live on broccoli.

I wonder what actually causes the sore throat? interesting how something is physically causing some kind of change from normal.

edit: just took some vitamin C's and realized that I have been noticing that the pills even scratch going down like the throat is actually swollen. I suppose quitting SSKI and magnascent for awhile would be the thing to do? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
