if i massage my throat it is still a little tender. i dont think it was radioactive. i do think that plane I2 in alcohol is very potent.

take your selenium and vit C. only take as much KI as you need to get by till it clears up. if it were me and i got too concerned i would take a good course of Colloidal Silver . maybe a goitrogen-rich diet can help.
