ACV by any company is made only from apples. Braggs is exactly what it says on the bottle 5% acid content and because it comes from apples the malic acid content it almost unaltered.

The other brand mentioned (Vomfass) is a blend of fermented apple juice and white wine vinegar. The proportion are not given so the malic acid content isn't known. The acid content of this product is 6%.
