Clark's original spec AND published design are for 9V IN then make a square wave and chop off the top (positive offset part), that leaves 4.5V, later she said take another 0.25V off, leaving you an OUTPUT of 4.25V

ALL of her work and results and testimonials were with APPROXIMATLEY (+/- 20%) 30,000Hz at a maximum of 4.25 V
