Hulda Clark wrote not to take anything not absolutly necessary of the day of the cleanse. Robert Gray's program uses a bulking agent, psyllium, which if it has not cleared the small intestine when the G/O is taken may interfere with excretion of the gall bladder. At the bottom of the instructions it says don't use the program if pregnant or have inflammatory bowel diseases.
