That was actually along the lines that I was thinking.. I needed to flush my system out. Every now and then I would pass some small, hard BM and it just made me think things were getting dry/backed up. So obviously something was going on over there. I took some Oxypowder and felt a little better when everything started coming out.


I really didn't think I needed a cleanse though.. I mean I just did a 2 week Colon Cleanse last month and I do use Oxypowder regularly.

I have been wanting to do another long juice fast.. guess now is a good time to start. Any other tips for detoxing/cleansing the appendix? I've been reading carrot juice is good for it so I'm going to start there and continue the Oxypowder and will start SWFs.
