When I dropped out of curezone for awhile I threw out all the copies of what I thought were interesting messages. One of them was yours about the ES, I could never find it back. Thank you for reminding me, this time I wrote it in my book (saving piles of copies became a mess).
Yesterday I saw a new doctor for a test and the first thing she asked did I ever get tested for my tremors for parkinson. I never did. Just reading through the ES again it says low magnesium is clinically associated with parkinson disease.
So I am going to do the 1/2 tsp ES a day.
I am also reading prettysoulful's info on magnesium.
