Wow, that was a reall helpful post! Thanks! My stools do seem to have become "fattier" insofar as tehy float a bit. They are runnier too. Aren't these symptoms of poor fat digestion? Then again, I recently significantly upped my fat intake when I switched to my new diet (homo optimus diet) so maybe that has something to do with it. I really don't seem to be digesting food well, but that's an old problem that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the flush.
