Hi everyone,

I did a Liver Flush on saturday. Leading up to it, I was eating a lot more high choleserol food (I'm on a high fat diet due to other health problems). I had pains in my liver region so I thought the flush would help. But I got no stones out. Even more weird, I didn't get diohrrea in spite of the Epsom Salts ?! Maybe I measured badly. Now, my stools have gone pale and watery, but the pain in my liver region has subsided considerably. Surely if the billiary duct was blocked, I would be experiencing a lot of pain? But then why the pale stools? My digestion is also very poor with lots of undigested food in the stool.

Perhaps I should do another flush soon?
