No, I don't remember ever hearing the name William Miller, but that year seemed very familiar, so I looked him up on Wikipedia.

I found that "year-day principle" very interesting. I also clicked on the "Deism" link (amazingly interesting philosophical view that God is the generic 'origin' and a cosmic reality).

There is alot that the "moneychanger" church of man doesn't teach, and what it does teach is riddled with lies (because all they want is OUR MONEY).

If the SDA's and Miller's timeline ending in 1844 could have any divine significance, would that also somehow be referred/alluded to in Revelation?.....(I've never been a student of prophecy or STUDIED Revelation, I've READ it, but I, like Paul, decided to know nothing but "Christ and Him crucified"). The relevance, validity, canonicity, and accuracy has been questioned by theologians and Martin Luther (later changed his mind),.....thought to be written 95 A.D.....the first century worshippers got along just fine without it (and it's the only book with a special and specific EMPHASIZED warning at the end.....covert pagan tampering?).

I just skimmed over everything and saw different understandings, but the most interesting thing I keep seeing over and over as I learn more about God's truth is......how consistently and insistently "Christians" joyfully and figuratively CLOSE THEIR EYES when reading scripture.....all for the sake of being faithful to the MONEYCHANGERS (and PRIDE).....the BLIND leading the blind from generation to generation.
