I say AMEN to that Prettysoul!I have always used ES exactly as specified by Dr Clark and have never yet experienced any adverse effects.I have recently been reading quite a bit about magnesium and according to the link you provided it seems that magnesium taurate is the best to take.Does anyone know where to find this other than on line? Also,most mag supplements are combined with calcium and according to this the calcium negates the effects of the mag.
