Thanks.  I changed the article a bit to note the other colors.  It does have a bit to say about beet leaves, though not much.  From what I gather, when it comes to beet leaves a little bit will do ya.  Also, I believe that for the most part the red beets are considered the healthiest - especially when it comes to anti-cancer benefits.
