I believe you cuz I'm gonna be 50 next week and I got carded about a month ago !! A lot of it is in one's attitude. For me, I am just forgetful, I often forget my age and just act.... myself.

Since 20 years ago I drank only purified water, no fluoridated city water, and also ingested multi-gram quantities of vitamin C, in addition to eating a lot of healthy foods. Lots of sardines, I'd say at least 150 cans of them little fishies a year. they're packed with good stuff.
