Most info out there is for high dose lithium carbonate used for bi polar disorders, etc..

Low dose lithium, such as lithium orotate, is less known and used to increase brain cells, preventing stroke, alzheimers, alcoholism, glutamate toxicity/MSG, decrease aggression, anti social behavior, etc..

However, as Newports post above, don't supplement lithium. Also, no need to when you realize that it's actually a nickel toxicity issue. "Nickel uses up Histadine, leaves the brain Lithium deficient."
