I am also rotating Almonds, Cayenne Pepper, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut Oil, Wormwood , Pau D'Arco Extract, Grapefruit seed Extract with Nystatin because I am afraid that the Candida will become resistant to those as well. I will keep taking Garlic though thanks.
