It sounds to me that you may need to try taking a 1000-2000mg of calcium. It may help to balance the diarrhetic effects of the magnesium and 'turn off the faucet' so to speak. Also, for future flushes, you may be about to halve your dose by only taking the 8 o'clock dose. You may even want to take 1/2 tbsp instead of the full dose.
