I just completed my liver cleanse according to the instructions of Dr. Clark. Everything went well... I eliminated probably 75-80 stones, but I have had a monumental flow of diarrhea. It started about 2 hours after my first dose of epsom salt, and except for sleeping through the night, I have pretty much been on the toilet. I lost count, but I wouldn't be surprised if I have been to the toilet over 25 times since I started about eighteen hours ago. If I subtract the 9 or so hours I have slept, that't almost three times an hour, which is about right, I think.
Is this anything to worry about?
