Hi Chiron,

I have never used coffee enema before, fasting or not.

It just happened that a long time ago I ordered a book written by Dr. Gerson; I finally picked it up last week and discovered the benefit of coffee enema. It gave me the idea to use it to fight weakness on WF. I suffer from no side effects but just weakness, which has not been huge yet, but I want to prevent it from coming in a full blast.
