HV and others, please, my BP is higher each time I eat salty food. How can I correct that? (besides lowering salt usage which some say it is not a good idea for unknown reasons to me)

My parents fed me with a lot of milks, cheese, etc. when I was little. Do you think that might be the cause?

I was a very allergic child and they gave me antihistamines all the time.

I also grew up in an area of Italy where they test Ferrari cars, and several other stuff related to car interiors. I remember some fumes around in my childhood. Some times I think my blood pressure is may be high because of heavy metals in my system (no Amalgams in my mouth so far).

I am in my late 30's, not too young, but not old enough to justify these episodes of high BP.
