Hi Anne, have you done coffee enemas on previous water fasts?

Have you compared one with, one without?

I'm just very intrigued by the whole thing, though admittedly somewhat shuddering--bear in mind I've never done a single enema.

by the way--if you'd rather not discuss this until after the fast, I'm totally cool with that.
