I am thankful for your kind encouragement.

It may not seem related but I am checking into Metabolic Typing for some support with this. I will see where that piece of the puzzle fits.

Castor oil packs and (s a Wilson) coffee enemas have really helped my pain.

Also, I am also trying a Gallbladder Complex and a Gallbladder Nano Detox (gold coin grass mostly). Will work to soften my stones and then do another flush. Just don't know which flush recipe yet--

I want my basic nutrition to come from food and will then use herbs then supplements like meds (only they are so much better). First do no harm.
