I'm upping my dosage of lactoferrin. As much as I can tolerate. Bovine Liver-Flush is quite effective at inhibiting H. pylori, the usual bacterium causing gastritis. This will have the bonus of killing more Candida too. I may need to take ABx, but I will try to avoid it.
