I read all the affidavit I could find on this and the only way I see the state can win this is if there's a law in that state that allows the state to take away your children if you don't comply with court orders.

If Mr Irish is stupid enough to do that, he deserves what he gets.

The rest of the case is based on heresay and no harm was shown. Get the heresay stricken and what's left? It's all smoke and mirrors once again.

A pending court ruling from 2009? So the Irish family could be innocent in that case. But it's used as "evidence" and needs to be stricken. It has no bases as to why he was arrested and his children taken away a couple of days ago. It has caused no harm.

Then there's the "fact" that the local police know him well because of multiple calls about him related to guns. Again no harm and heresay to this case.

And the fact that he was busted previously for posession of a concealed weapon without permit, is heresay to this case and doesn't show any harm NOW.

The only other thing on the affidavit is the fact that Mr. Irish is associated with, not a member of, the Oath Keepers. Once again no harm and heresay.

I think the reason behind this BS, is because that state agency has had the Irish family under surveillance for 21 months now and needed a return on their investment or heads were going to roll in the agency. Purely economic and political reasons behind this insanity.

Don't forget this BS come November though. Vote anything but D or R, or Blue or Red. Vote communist if you have to. Just make sure the same old political whores are gone.
