I'm pretty sure I have gastritis as well as the anxiety. I have been under a lot of stress recently and this is probably a factor too. After I eat the stomach pain increases, probably due to extra acid. Each time I get a spasm of anxiety the stomach pain increases, probably due to extra acid.
