You should give your self at least 10 flushes. You keep flushing till 3x in a row no stones come out anymore.
The flush does not make you loose weight. Because of the Epsom Salts your bowels and small intestines got cleaned out plus you loose some water, so sorry to say it will come back. It does give you a lot of encouragement not to overeat afterwards though.
