Instead of buying someone's processed product - just go to your health food store and buy the REAL THING. The SeaNGR website says it right out. I quote from the website -
• Homogeneous; made from one source, sea kelp called Laminaria Japonica

• Laminaria Japonica is the richest type among Laminaria family

SO just go to your local health food store and buy the dried seaweed called Laminaria Japonica. Then if you want, pound it to dust and put it in a capsule or just do what the Japanese do and wrap cold (organic brown) rice balls in it for a snack.

That is a better alternative, I think.
