ah, I think I misread you--I thought you said you got a 2-3 minutes return of energy, which sounds like a "buzz" that might likely be followed by a real letdown--and a need for another buzz.


You're saying you get energy in 2-3 minutes. I'm guessing the caffeine is picked up by the colon, and the liver. I still wonder how it is the blood is able to rapidly release toxins,
(only because you are taking in water only) but I guess in a sense you force an elimination.

It sounds tiring to me. But I wish you nothing but the best.
