Hi Chiron,

I use coffee enema to promptly get rid of toxins from the blood which results instantly in disappearance of weakness and pain. It works for me; I hope it is a tool that will allow me to continue fasting until completion since weakness is a main side effect I suffer. I need my health back!

There is a lot of information about coffee enema on internet. And yes, coffee enema belongs to the Gerson therapy.
