 What are some natural safe ways to cure yeast infections? I have suffered enough!!!

Empty a probiotic capsule in to a small cap add just enough water to make a slightly thick mix.  Lay on your back and use an eye dropper to suck the liquid up and squirt it in to the vagina.  Repeat several times a day for a few days.  This will help reestablish the flora that generate the acids that keep Candida under control.

The reason you want a small amount of water and a somewhat thick solution is so that it will not run back out when you stand up.  Laying there for a few minutes after inserting the liquid will also help to prevent the liquid from running back out.
