Jazzie...thanks for all of the helpful and interesting information you bring to the forum. Really appreciate that.

On the Anti-candida diet, I struggle to get in sufficient caloric intake to stabilize my weight. Since I am on Armour thyroid extract, I suspect that might be impacting weight gain as well.

Will look into the Chia Seeds.
