I am only a one time flusher (last weekend), BUT---I felt great in the morning when I woke up, then around 1 pm, I could hardly hold my head up. I was dizzy and felt "out of body" or something. So I slowly drank a bottle of gatorade and by 6 pm I started to feel better. By the next morning I felt great. Have you tried drinking an electrolyte drink like Gatorade in the morning after the flush? maybe early replacement might help you.
