when in doubt return to the body. grrring and prrring, hoping and expecting are just emotional needs stressing it out. it doesn't have to be that way.

body is innately calm, its needs are simple and abundantly met. all the hygiene knowledge in the world, no matter how "comprehensive", remains second hand if it cannot become one's own 1st hand 'excellent' bodily experience.

healthy bodies are peace incarnate, they practices what they are.
