Be careful advocating low salt. I found one of the only abnormal test results I had was low salt. Trying to follow healthy eating habits including low salt and no bad fats. A wholistic nurse practitioner told me almost all of her chronic pain patients are abnormally low in salt. Increasing salt intake does not seem to help much, but eliminating salt altogether might not be the right thing.
