Wet your lips in the morning and remove the white inner part and whatever else, wait for 6 hour after eating a healthy Diet then wet it with hot water again and see how thin the line will be (buildup of dead skin).

repeat the same thing with a bad diet. It basically lets you know how much buildup of dead skin is occurring
