Hi Ah, I'm no longer interested in looking at symptoms, not since I've been water fasting...Prior to this, I was always looking at symptoms, and this imv leads people into a long, parts-and-pieces way of viewing the body and its state.

The second Water Fast I ended too soon--in the midst of some cleansing, and I think 'the eyes' was more a liver/kidney issue.


The funny thing is, I used to have issues with hypoglycemia.
(As a child, and even into my 20's and beyond.)

And it was after my first 29 day Water Fast that all that disappeared. Mind you, this coincided with an awakening into the importance of nutrient-dense food.
