be sure and post on your results/experience.

I find it a great 'lightener', and have uses it after the liver flush, instead of the last dose of ES. (poeple really hate the ES,and I'm one--I think we all tend to get very dehydrated. (maybe in fear of overly diluting the ES?)


Ayurveda practises include several days of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) followed by/joined with good cleansing food.
