I gradually developed difficulties digesting yogurt over the first 4 weeks. I didn't know what the problem was until I isolated it from the rest of my diet, etc...I still like yogurt-it's just that every time I eat it (doesn't matter time of day, b4 or after iodine, with or without other foods, etc...) I get SEVERE gastric distress. I noticed the symptoms more when I switched to Lugol's. I am worried now that this problem may include all dairy but have to test that further.
