i'm not fasting at present, must have me mixed up with someone else but your enthusiasm and support sure do make it tempting :-) thanks.

and too right! curezone is great for first hand experience, but if or when no one answers your questions don't forget you also have the search box. this forum alone has generated almost 4.5 million! hands-on posts. amazing eh? as for the acid reflux (heartburn) let me know which words you need to major in biology for (lol) and i'll gladly clarify.
