Hi Chiron,

It definitely inspired me a lot.

I did experience some eye discomfort at the end and after each fast. I felt kind of pain and tiredness in them, that is why I preferred to keep them closed. My both eyes seemed to be on the bottom of a dep, deep hole. The feeling disappeared after 2-3 weeks without any assistance from me.

I attributed my eye problems entirely to the loss of fatty tissue in my eye sockets; The fat is supposed to cushion the eye ball.

I am going to use this formula if any eye discomfort appears during my present fast. Thank you very much.
