don't worry, for some people fasting causes a major drop in stomach position in the first few days which changes the angle at which the esophagus enters the stomach affecting the valve that normally prevents duodenal bile, enzymes, and stomach acid from traveling back into the esophagus where they can cause burning and inflammation of sensitive esophageal tissue. stomach acids have circadian rhythms that don't come to a complete halt for a few days so its most probably just a temporary case of visceroptosis which will cease in a few days as the organs settle into their new positions.
