Yes keep the dentists FAR away as well as most toothpastes, esp. the ones with fluoride and glycerine.
Then start using a 1:1 mixture of a good salt (no junky iodised salt - himalayan best but there are others that are less expensive and good - like Tiefen-Salz from an old mine in Germany) with Bicarbonat. This has worked wonders in re-mineralising my teeth, and my thanks to the CZers who´ve reported about this great alternative to toothpaste.
