I know supplements are not the right route and believe me I am looking for another way

water fasting sounds too harsh for me right now but on the bright side it is way cheaper than juicing huh?? but I need all the nutrition I can get or thats what I am thinking and at the same time I need to be able to assimilate it too

but thats great that it worked so well for you .
