Hello,

I am new to curezone, and grateful for the information I have been able to find here. I tried doing Clark's flush last Wed. (6 days ago), and I have a lot of questions about the experience. I am going to start from the beginning, and please forgive me if I am being too detailed and making this post too long.

I had an ultrasound about a week and a half ago which found "3 large mobile stones" in my gall bladder. This was all the report from the US said. It did not give any kind of measurement. From reading in this site, I see that some stones can be flushed, and some cannot, depending on the size of the stone and the size of the bile duct of the individual. So my first question was, "When the US tech says 'large', is there some kind of measurement that is standard that would tell me, for example 'large' means larger than 10mm?" In other words, if the US tech says they are "large", is it too late for me to flush them out?

Although I didn't have an answer to that question, I went ahead and tried the flush. I ate a small amount of oatmeal for breakfast and drank about 50 oz of water before 2pm and didn't eat or drink anything until 4pm. I drank the first dose of Epsom Salt water at 4pm, as I was constipated and wanted to get started emptying myself well before 10pm.

I had the second dose of Epsom Salt at 8pm and gulped down the olive oil mixture at 10pm. I was surprised how easily I could fall asleep, but woke up about 1am with terrible nausea and was unable to get back to sleep for several hours. I had to use the bathroom a few times, but never vomited. I started to feel like my heart was racing and was worried I might be getting too dehydrated. I finally had to have a few sips of water and tried to eat a piece of bread, but could only take a bite as it tasted strange to me.

(1)At that point I was worried I was ruining the whole process by eating or drinking and by not sleeping. (2)I also didn't know if the nausea was being caused by the olive oil mixture or the Epsom Salts . (3)I was still spending a whole lot of time on the pot too. So (for these 3 reasons)I decided not to take anymore doses of epsom salt.

I never saw anything that looked like stones floating in the water, and I have still been having some pain in my gall bladder (though not as bad as before the flush). So.... here are my questions:

1. Is the nausea caused by the drinks, or by the flushing action that is going on inside? In other words, am I going to experience nausea no matter what if the flush is working? I think I can deal with it if I know that the nausea is a sign that the flush is working.

2. What is the most likely reason I didn't pass any stones (that I could tell)? (I have felt a lot better this week over all than I have in a long while. That could be due to this fabulous weather, but I am pretty sure some part of it has to do with the cleanse.)

3. Can the flush still work if I drink a little water after 10pm?

4. Would the racing heart sensation be most likely caused by dehydration? Or by the ingredients of the flush? Or by the nausea?

5. If I didn't pass any stones, would it be too soon (a week later) to try the flush again? I don't know if it's really considered a whole flush (since I didn't drink the last 2 doses of Epsom Salts and I didn't seem to pass anything).

A little info about me (in case it helps):
Female, Age 30
5 children (5 pregnancies)
currently nursing 1 yr old baby
5'6", 130 lbs

I very much appreciate any help!
