According to Spirit (webmaster) you don't need to have buttpee at night, as long as the ducts get relaxed. In the morning you like to get cleaned up.
I start 3 evenings before with Oxypowder or ES because when I do the flush I just like to see water and not BM's, it makes it easier to see the stones floating.
