For what's worth. Dr. Christopher states on one of his videos (or maybe it was a cd?) that they used the egg/vinegar mixture for a long time but than moved to the herbal calcium formula which he felt was a better option.

Take it for what's worth since after all he was selling the calcium formula.

there re both better than anything you can buy in a store at least.
