I am pretty strict with my refeeding & it seems like everything was by the books. I dont want to jump into another fast too soon. It has been hard on the body dealing with all the toxins already and I dont want to make it even harder depriving it from nutritions ..To condlude - few months should be enough for body to recover if refeeded properly ( in my case)
