My blood pressure is on average 118/82 with about 80 beats per minute. I thought AF consisted of low blood pressure, in fact my blood pressure was as low as 100/60 before. Now its good. I don't know what it could be. i am taking 2.5 mg of hydrocortisone, but i doubt that's it. I'm a bit perplexed. On top of that i sleep about 6 to 7 hrs a night. I read somewhere that either too high or too low of cortisol can disrupt sleep. But what draws my attention the most is my blood pressure. Anybody else have normal blood pressure or abnormal blood pressure?
