You're welcome! When I first started out, the Cholestyramine was prescribed by Dr. Shoemaker at 4x per day. You do need to be careful when you take it based on other medication because it "binds" the stuff in your system and you don't want it to "bind" your other medications. I also bought a small hand held blender that makes a huge difference in how much better it mixes in water. It comes out less "gritty" this way! It was intended at a cholesterol lowering drug, so maybe you can get your PCP to prescribe it for that.
