Forgot to rave about the Honey Pacifica Avocado honey- its like thick molasses rich sweet goodness. Also their creamed multi-flower. I get them at a Farmers market but depending on where you live you can get something at your farmers markets/health stores and be sure to ask the seller if he knows if its raw. If he doesnt know or he is not sure I'd pass on it.
