Hi HV,

What does it mean when you have soreness between the neck spine and the back spine. It is tender to touch. Sometimes if I have enough sleep, it goes away.

What does it mean when I have loose stool? Is it not having enough flora in the gut?

I am now using triphala to ease my constipation problem. I am taking 4g spread through the day. Does it have an upper limit? Is this safe to take for long term?

What is the best way to order your formula? Can I do it through paypal? I have sent an email about it to MountainMist. Would you mind having a look at it?

What do you usually recommend people to start first if they have a variety of symptomps, but yet unknown the cause? The liver, adrenal or thyroid formula?
